Sunday Selfies Week #154

Every Sunday, The Cat on My Head features a Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. This is Maggie. She was sitting on my lap while we were relaxing in the catio. I only got the picture because she was completely taken by surprise! Photo was taken with my iPhone5.

Sunday Selfies

It’s been a while since we’ve participated in Sunday Selfies. So Inky involuntarily volunteered (accounts for the slight blur) for today’s Blog Hop post. She may be the second smallest of the bunch, but when she wants her chair, she gets her chair!

Sunday Selfies Blog Hop #88 and Black and White Sunday: One

Janet, over at The Cat on My Head, hosts the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. Feel free to “hop” in! This is my “biggest” boy, Freckles. He’s trying to sleep off his extra weight. This was taken with my iPhone 5 at our old house , just before painting the patio floor. No cats were painted in the process!

And Paula over at Lost in Translation is asking for “One” in black and white. So, this is Freckles in black and white — well, almost! When I was working on it, for some reason I just couldn’t eliminate all the eye color! Sorry, Paula! Hope it’s “passable” for your challenge!

You might recognize this little guy. I used his picture as a backdrop for a quote I posted for Nurturing Thursday a couple of weeks ago.  He’s very shy but he now waits patiently almost every morning for me to bring him his breakfast.  He still doesn’t let me get near him.  I’ve tried just standing by my front door to photograph him up close but he won’t come up on the wall if I remain outside.  It’s so adorable the way he just peeks over the edge of the wall to make sure I’m “gone” before jumping up to eat.  The second photo and the video were taken while I was inside my house so the quality is not the best.  All were taken with my iPhone5.

I am greeted with this adorable face almost every morning!Shy Guy

And every morning, it’s the same routine. I’m required to leave the area and he makes sure I’m gone by peeking over the wall.Peeking Cat

Then when the coast is clear (he can’t see me anymore), it’s time to eat!
