My two Ginger boys (brothers), Charlie in the front laying on Freckles. When we first discovered these boys ten years ago this month they were running around our house, climbing trees, and running across our roof. Charlie even fell down our chimney. The flue was thankfully closed but it was extremely difficult to finally extricate him. He came out into our house and scattered soot everywhere. He has always been the rowdy one. Freckles has always been the laid back kitty. And both are just big cuddle-bugs!

Now I have heard of a cat burglar, but cat break-ins to get adopted is quite a surprise, very inventive too!

He sure had a few things to say at the time! But I’m so glad we were able to get them inside. Charlie ended up as a kitten with a two-week hospital stay for urinary blockage. We nearly lost him a couple of times. But all is well!

Ginger Cat appreciation day every day 😉 My daughter got one this year.
Gingers have just the sweetest personalities! 😀
They have indeed 🙂 Our Sam is so very tender, even with the children. He was originally a shelter cat, but his adopted family wanted to give him away again, and he ended up in my daughter’s family. He is a piece of ginger gold 🙂

Good to hear from you! I haven’t been posting much and I should. Been spending the last few weeks (including 3 days in hospital last weekend) fighting pneumonia. Sigh… Not fun. New experiences all around.

Hope you are better, Linda. I had a ginger kitty years ago. His name was Orangey. He was wonderful. When we got home in the evening and sat down for a few minutes rest, he would jump up by us and put his paws on our chests and “talk” to us. He would go to each one of us and talk to each one of us. He had six toes on each foot. One day he didn’t meet us at the door when we got home. My son found him in the back yard under the grape vine curled up as if he was asleep. I still miss him.
So good hearing from you! Orangey had to be so adorable. It’s so hard when these little furbabies move on. We never forget them! I’m getting better every day. Are you getting any of my emails? Hugs! ❤

So far, so good, GP. Wishing the same for you. I keep telling myself I need to start posting again but my heart hasn’t been in it even though things are good. I do miss shopping without a mask (I HATE those things!). But I did manage to lose 45 pounds and I’ve been working out six days a week. HA! Who would have thunk it?! LOL!
