Paula at Lost in Translation hosts a Thursday’s Special challenge. She gives us five words to choose from which are: Sagacious, non-human, portrayal, remains, and stellar.
This sagacious fellow is my older brother holding his most recent great-granddaughter. (Photo not taken by me.)
These are four of the seven non-humans residing with us!
This is a portrayal of a rooster!
The following is a showing of some of the remains of fall. I probably should have picked up that blue leaf because I have no idea what made it blue.
And last but not least, a stellar “selfie” just prior to the stellar total eclipse which just happened to end up being eclipsed by a major cloud cover!
that selfie is STELLAR! and such a fun take on the words, Linda.
meow to the non-humans – and quick question – are all your nonhumans still florida transplants? get any new pets yet? just curious
Thanks, darlin! Yep, they’re all our little Florida transplants. I’m afraid we won’t be bringing anymore in — at least not in the foreseeable future. Now that we’re retired, we just can’t afford to properly care for anymore. It’s tough, though, when you want to help them all! 😉
yes – but being realistic is key too – that is why we won’t be getting new pups – just do nt have the time to train and enjoy them each week – would not be fair
Very sweet photo of your brother with the baby. And your kitties are adorable.
Thanks, Ellen! I love that picture, too! One of these days (probably not) I’d like to get a picture with all seven kitties together. HA!
Sweet baby! I have two great granddaughters that I will get to visit tomorrow. Lovely photos.
Thanks, Renee! Enjoy your blessed visit! 😀
Beautiful amazing pictures love you sis

Thanks, Paula. Say, I just realized, that picture is of the oldest and the youngest members of the family! And as far as selfies go, that’s as good as it gets by me! LOL! Love and hugs! ❤

What an unusual find for illustrating “remains”!
Very unusual! I do wish I had picked it up for closer examination instead of just walking on. Oh, well…!
Beautiful pic gb💜💛gdnit
Thank so much! 😀
Adorable photo of the baby and those non humans look like they are having quite the meeting!
Thanks, Sue! I do love that pic of my brother and baby! As for the kitties, I suppose you could say they have a quorum since it’s a majority by one in the pic! 😺

Nice set. But those cats might argue with you about not being human. LOL
LOL! So true! Those cats are probably more human than some people I know! 😆
