Caturday Art

This is Nicky, my beautiful 11-year-old diabetic kitty.  He has had to suffer insulin injections twice a day for the past 8 years. He is sweet, loving and so laid back. His confidence never wanes.

I took one of his older photos (around 2011, I think) and ran it through Dreamscope Cave Paint and then framed it in Fotor.  Enjoy!

Nicky, it’s so nice to meet you. The art is gorgeous and he’s so handsome.

    Award-free blog … I wish I’d thought of that!

    • Welcome, CK. Your visit and comment are most appreciated! I went award-free after I realized I just didn’t have the time to keep up and the guilt was killing me! I just love having my blogger friends stop by and visit and comment! I tried to leave a comment on your site about your fabulous photos and beautiful art but, as so often happens, Blogger wouldn’t post my comment. sigh…… But just know that I tried! LOL! Happy weekend!

Wow, Nicky has the most gorgeous eyes. The art is stunning. I haven’t tried that filter yet. I think Dreamscope is terrific. There’s always something new to try. Hugs, Janet

    • I know, Janet. He just looks at me and I find myself drowning in those gorgeous emerald pools! LOL! I need to thank you for introducing me to Dreamscope. I had another picture I was going to post that I did today of one of the other kitties (first time on Dreamscope) using the same filter you used but decided it was too much of a copyCAT! Bwahaha! I’ll use it another time! Happy weekend! Hugs! 😀

He’s lucky to have you caring for him. Lovely shots.

    • Aw, thank, Lignum! Although I feel like I’m the lucky one! I can remember the first day he came to visit and stayed! He was so skinny and straggly. I’m so glad I was not able to locate his owner (although I don’t believe he had one). I believe he had been living on the streets for the first 10 months of his life.

  9. What a beautiful cat!

So beautiful dear Linda… I have recently lost my cat Nobel (tomorrow a month since he left us) Your post reminded me of him…never forgotten!… I still have two cats though. But Nobel was so special. I miss him… Hugs! ❤

    • Oh, dear Aquileana, I am so sorry to hear of Nobel’s recent passing. My heart aches for you during this difficult time. These precious furrbabies leave permanent markers on our hearts 💕
Thank goodness for our memories. I firmly believe we will see them again. Love never dies.
