Boundaries impose limits on us, whether they’re social constructs or real, physical objects. Having seven housecats and not wanting them to roam, our pool patio provides the perfect boundary. Although I have caught all of them at one time or another, here is Nicky looking at me longingly to come out from his confines.
Take good care of your bounderies, Nicky…well, it’s obvious that you do 😀 Pawkisses for a happy week ahead 🙂 ❤
Well, as much I sometimes think I’d like to run around the neighborhood, Mom is very protective and says we have enough room in here with the pool! 😀
Must be tough to resist those beautiful kitty eyes Linda. 🙂
Impossible for me to resist! They are the prettiest green. That, and I worry about him cause he’s my diabetic. 😀
Wishing him a long life!
Cutey has a good biped mom!
Thanks, Cindy! We try even if he doesn’t always agree! 😀
Oh,Nicky,I feel so sorry your mum has to set up those boundaries 😦 You’re “free besieged”,my boy.Such a charming choice for the challenge, dear Linda!Hugs to you & Nicky 🙂 ❤ xxx
Thanks, Doda! After working for a veterinarian years ago, I feel so much better knowing where my little critters are. There were too many little kitties brought in from being hit by cars or attacked by other animals. They are free to roam within their confines! HA! 😀 ❤
I know dear Linda! We share the same attitude my friend.I want to keep them safe all the time.Yes,free and safe to roam within their confines. How lovely you said it 🙂 ❤ xxx
Oh, that stare! 🙂 It must be difficult keeping track of your menagerie.
He can be quite a defiant little guy. Occasionally, they’ll find a place inside the house to hide and, of course, they never respond when I call! 😛 LOL
you are a good mum!
Aw, shucks, thanks!
What a cute cat! He really looks like he wants some attention 😀 At least with those boundaries you know he won’t run away or he won’t roam and get lost. Hope he gets enough water and food within those boundaries 🙂
Thanks for your visit and kind comment. Yes, there is definitely plenty of food and water. They not only have the run of the outdoor enclosure, they also have the run of the house! 😀
