Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge: Challenger’s Choice (Architecture)

Lens and Pens by Sally‘s 4th Monday is a Challenger’s Choice. I chose a couple of architectural photos I took a while back while next to Church Street Station in Orlando. The tall structure is the SunTrust Building where I once worked a long time ago! Do you have a preference on angle?

The first photo is so interesting with the building, sky, clouds, clock and palm trees. Love the colors as well. Hugs, Janet

    Love the perspective of both~

  3. Lignum Draco says:

I prefer the 2nd, for the more accentuated converging lines. The birds in the 1st are a nice touch, though.

  4. I love them both! they are interesting and the colors are fabulous. Glad you did not do it from the top down…such a fear of heights ;0) xo Johanna

  5. Each has its own appeal, but I am more drawn to the second with its intersecting lines and juxtaposition of angles and shapes. Happy Photo Challenge.

I love the first one for its straight lines and the sky, and the second one for the contrast between the shapes of the buildings. Great work!

  7. Linda, I like them both.

  8. Both are great photos, but my favourite is the second one. For it has a stronger compositional expression.

  9. Paula says:

They are both excellent. The second one has a more interesting composition, but I love the details on the clock on the first one better.

  10. […] It’s the 5th Monday challenge at Lens and Pens by Sally so I thought I would have a little fun with my last week’s photos which you can see here. […]
