Lens and Pens by Sally‘s 4th Monday is a Challenger’s Choice. I chose a couple of architectural photos I took a while back while next to Church Street Station in Orlando. The tall structure is the SunTrust Building where I once worked a long time ago! Do you have a preference on angle?
The first photo is so interesting with the building, sky, clouds, clock and palm trees. Love the colors as well. Hugs, Janet
Thanks much, Janet! 😀
Love the perspective of both~
Thank you, Cindy! 😀
I prefer the 2nd, for the more accentuated converging lines. The birds in the 1st are a nice touch, though.
Thank you! And I had to laugh because I’m afraid I did not even notice those birds until you pointed them out! LOL!
I love them both! they are interesting and the colors are fabulous. Glad you did not do it from the top down…such a fear of heights ;0) xo Johanna
Thanks, Johanna! Hmm, you’ve given me an idea! 😀
Each has its own appeal, but I am more drawn to the second with its intersecting lines and juxtaposition of angles and shapes. Happy Photo Challenge.
Thank you, Sally! 😀

I love the first one for its straight lines and the sky, and the second one for the contrast between the shapes of the buildings. Great work!
Thanks, Inessa! 😀
Linda, I like them both.
Thanks, Janet! 😀
Both are great photos, but my favourite is the second one. For it has a stronger compositional expression.
Thanks so much, Otto! 😀
They are both excellent. The second one has a more interesting composition, but I love the details on the clock on the first one better.
Thanks, Paula! I love everyone’s comments because it makes me look at the photos more intensely! I start to see more things. I, too, liked the second one the best! Hugs! 😀
