What wonderful vibrant yellow. We have a big snowstorm in the forecast so that yellow warms me inside and out. πŸ™‚

perfect variety again dear Linda – and you kind covered it all – the garden/earth – car/technical – and the cultural/social – and the lemon yellow was cheery to see this morning – funny how a color can evoke affect – but it sure does – and thanks for the yellow lift – I am looking forward to seeing this color on some other blogs this week too πŸ™‚

    • Thanks, Y, for your very kind comment! I try to get a variety. Isn’t it true about the color yellow/lemon — it is so cheery! But, then, I know I always feel better when the sun is out! We’ve had rain/clouds now for three days straight and I’m going crazy! I need sunshine to recharge my batteries! πŸ˜€

yeah – I know what you mean with the rain. and speaking of colors – did you know that pink can make people “drunk like” or just not mentally sharp. DP did a review of the book “drunk tank pink” and I guess this color can dumb a person down – crazy, but true. anyhow, yellow is just feel good….

        • I’ve never heard that. I love pink and when I used to wear it to work I would always get compliments. Hmm, or did I just think I did? You do know it’s a good color for most of us blondes! o_O

OK, what’s that last photo of? A national costume or a performer?

    • Earlier this month, Winter Garden had their first annual Culture Fest. The Talako Indian Dancers participated. They are a Central Florida Organization. Taken from their website: The Talako (talako is the Choctaw word for eagle) Indian Dancers Family Club was formed in 1986. It is devoted to sharing American Indian culture with the community through dance.

Silly me! Linda, please forgive me; I thought Thanksgiving is on Friday, and I have now realised it is today. Happy Thanksgiving, dear!

    • You’re not silly at all, Paula. I can barely keep up with my country’s holidays let alone any other country’s! πŸ˜€ But I will say it was a delightful day here. The rain stopped, the sun was out and it was cool and breezy! Food and family was great. Thanks for your wishes! ❀
