Welcome to Dawn’s Week #12 of A Lingering Look at Windows! Earlier I posted some pictures I had taken of Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, FL. For Dawn’s challenge I’ve chosen some pictures I took from a different side of the hospital showing some of the windows. These were taken on the northwest side (back of hospital).
The entire wall is composed of glass blocks. You can’t see into the various offices. And when you’re in one of the offices, it’s bright and cheery. You can see out but as one would expect it’s distorted. You can’t really tell anything. I think it’s a great idea!
So strikingly captured,Linda !!! Superb perspective all the way up and amazing glass reflections !
Great work,my friend ~~~~♥
Thank you, dear Doda! I appreciate that! 🙂
Is it the boxed windows that are distorted?
I think it’s the camera angle! 🙂
Very cool.
Stunning shots Linda! Love the reflections in the windows too. Now you made me curious to know what it looks like on the inside too. LOL!
Thanks, Sonel! I hadn’t even noticed the reflections so much when I was putting it together. I have posted one picture of the inside on:

Beautiful building and windows. That’s a lot of glass blocks!!
It is and there are a lot of glass blocks. Very cool building! 🙂
Interesting building!
It is definitely that! 🙂
what a great building – love the turquoise – and the red… 🙂
Thanks, Y! Glad you stopped by! Hugs! 🙂
Great pictures. But from a distance the building holds great similarity to the pre Second World War buildings in Germany.

Very interesting. I didn’t know that. Thanks for sharing.
Nice shots of the window, Linda. The building does look intimidating from the outside with its severe lines. But just like a book, it’s the interior that really matters. 🙂
Thanks, Imelda. On my “Purple” post, I have a picture of the interior reception. It’s quite soothing! 🙂
